Upgrading your workbench unlocks higher-tier crafting recipes and better recycling returns.
Workbench Levels
| Level | Requirements | Unlocks |
|---|---|---|
| Level 1 (Default) | Tutorial completion | Common crafting, basic recycling |
| Level 2 | Iron Plate x20, Circuit Board x5 | Uncommon recipes, weapon mods |
| Level 3 | Titanium x10, Magnetron x3, Advanced Components x2 | Rare/Epic recipes, advanced mods |
Tips
- Prioritize Level 2 ASAP — unlocks much better blueprint crafting
- Farm materials in Iron Valley for the Level 3 upgrade
- Use the crafting calculator to plan what you need
- Tech Mastery skill unlocks bonus recipes at each bench level
