Your inventory is limited. Every slot decision matters. Here is how to optimize.
The Decision Framework
For every item you find, ask:
- Is it a blueprint? → Always pick up
- Is it a key? → Always pick up
- Is it legendary? → Safe Pocket immediately
- Is it worth more than my lowest-value item? → Swap
- Do I need it for crafting? → Check mentally
Mid-Raid Inventory Audit
Every 5 minutes, quickly review your backpack:
- What’s the least valuable item? Would you be OK losing it?
- Is your Safe Pocket still holding your best find?
- Are you carrying things you should sell vs keep?
Pre-Raid Preparation
- Start with empty backpack (except quest items)
- Bring only essential consumables (healing, 1-2 grenades)
- Use Looting Mk.1 augment for 18 slots
