Where to Find Surveyors

Surveyors are small ARC recon units that scan terrain. Defeating them drops survey data and reveals Surveyor Vault locations.

Spawn Locations

• Any zone at elevated positions (hilltops, rooftops, towers)
• More common in open zones (Dustbowl, Ember Fields)
• 1-3 per expedition instance

How to Spot

• Blue scanning beam visible from distance
• Distinct hovering/scanning sound
• Usually alone (no escort units)

Drops

• Survey data (reveals vault location)
• Electronics components
• LIDAR Scanner (rare drop)
