Arc Raiders Drones – All Drone Types & How to Deal With Them

ARC Drone Guide

Drones are the most common flying ARC enemies. Multiple types with different behaviors.

Drone Types

• Scout Drones: Detect players and call reinforcements. Kill quietly or avoid.
• Hornets: Attack in swarms. Fast, low HP. Use AoE or SMGs.
• Surveillance Drones: Eyes in the Sky quest targets. Fly set patrol routes.
• Recon Drones (Surveyors): Drop survey data revealing vaults.

Tips

• Drones alert ground ARC when they spot you
• Shoot them down quickly or crouch to avoid detection
• EMP disables all drones in radius
• Drone patrol routes are visible on the interactive map
