Arc Raiders Extraction Guide – How to Extract & Best Routes

How Extraction Works

Extraction is the core goal of every Arc Raiders raid. Reach an extraction point, survive the timer, and everything in your backpack is yours to keep. Die, and you lose it all (except your Safe Pocket).

Extraction Methods

Extraction Beacons

• Fixed locations on each map
• Activate the beacon to start the extraction timer
• Survive the countdown (45-90 seconds depending on map)
• ARC units converge on active beacons

Metro Stations (Buried City)

• Underground extraction points
• Find Metro Entrances across the map
• Quieter than surface beacons

Hatches (Stella Montis)

• Underground escape routes
• Often safer than surface extractions

Extraction Tips

• Mark extraction BEFORE going deep into a map
• Extract early — alive with decent loot > dead with great loot
• Clear the area around the beacon before activating
• Bring smoke grenades to cover the extraction timer
• Other players may camp extraction points — approach carefully
• The Anvil with Anvil Splitter is devastating for extraction defense
