Rusted Gears is a collection quest requiring you to find rusted mechanical components across the map. Also covers where to find rusted gears as a crafting material.

2. Bring the gears to the quest NPC
3. Receive your reward

Where to Find Rusted Gears

Rusted Gears spawn in industrial and mechanical areas:

• Dam Battlegrounds — 3-4 spawns near machinery in the dam interior
• Iron Valley — 2-3 spawns at the Military Outpost
• Dustbowl — 1-2 spawns at the Abandoned Camp
• Scrapyard — 4-5 spawns (highest density)

Farming Tips

• Scrapyard has the highest Rusted Gears density
• The Scavenger skill increases drop rates
• Rusted Gears also drop from destroying mechanical ARC units
