• Any garage/workshop: Common spawn on workbenches and tool racks
• Dustbowl Abandoned Camp: 3-4 guaranteed spawns
• Scrapyard: Everywhere — 5-8 per run
• Iron Valley: 2-3 in the motor pool

Uses

• Salvage into Iron Plate x2 and Scrap Metal x1
• Quest item for Rusted Gears quest chain
• Sell for 100 credits each
