WARDOGS Season 3 & Wipes: What We Know

What’s officially confirmed about WARDOGS seasons and wipes, and what has only been reported. We’ll update this page when BULKHEAD posts Season 3 notes.

Officially Confirmed

  • Each season has a different XP curve with different item orders (Season 1 changelog).
  • Season 1 ran from the September 10 launch to October 15, 2026, when Season 2 (Update 0.2.0) went live.
  • Season 2 reshuffled unlocks and made levelling much faster. Compare the curves on our progression page.
  • Cash and Gold Bars will never be sold for real money.

Reported, Not Yet Official

  • PCGamesN reported from a BULKHEAD podcast (October 25) that Season 3 is currently scheduled for Thursday, November 12, 2026, and that it will come with a fresh economy reset.
  • The same report says BULKHEAD plans three-month seasons with a mid-season update after that.
  • Press reported on October 17 that BULKHEAD ruled out a “knee-jerk” mid-season reset of Season 2 and planned to bring Season 3 forward instead.
Claims we couldn’t confirm
  • That leftover cash converts automatically to Gold Bars at the end of a season.
  • Exactly which parts of your account survive a wipe.
  • Several guide sites state both as fact, but we found neither in BULKHEAD’s own posts.

How to Prepare

  • If Season 3 resets the economy, cash left unspent may not carry over. BULKHEAD has said you can exchange cash for Gold Bars for cosmetics, so check the official patch notes before the reset.
  • Unlocks and their levels change each season, so don’t plan long grinds around Season 2 unlock levels.
