The Anvil is the community favorite S-tier hand cannon. Massive per-shot damage rewards precision.

Patch 1.26.0 update: the buffed Bettina is now a serious competitor for the all-rounder slot — it outperforms the Anvil on armored ARC enemies. The Anvil still wins on volume and CQB transitions, while the Bettina wins on per-shot armor damage.
