Mushrooms are a common crafting material used in healing and stamina recipes. They grow in dark, damp areas — primarily caves and shaded zones.
All Mushroom Spawn Locations
The Shallows (Best Spot)
The cave system in The Shallows has 6-8 mushroom nodes — the highest density in the game. Low ARC threat makes this the ideal farming spot.
Victory Ridge — Caves
Underground sections near the Central Tower have 2-3 mushroom spawns.
Dam Battlegrounds — Spillway Tunnels
The underground tunnels in Dam Battlegrounds have 3-4 spawns along the walls.
Frozen Reach — Ice Caves
Frozen Reach caves have a unique frost mushroom variant (same crafting use) with 2-3 spawns.

Mushrooms are used in:
- Stamina Booster: Prickly Pear x2, Mushroom x2, Clean Water x1
- Basic Medkit: Mushroom x3, Cloth x2
